We love a good celebration – and if it’s your birthday, you’re getting an arrival drink for free! Just make sure the following applies:

• Your birthday must be within 3 days either side of your booking date.

• You must be part of a group with at least 4 full-paying guests per free birthday drinks.

• Proof of your date of birth is required on arrival – a valid photo ID (passport, driving licence, etc.) or digital proof (e.g. a birthday email, booking confirmation, etc.)

• If no proof is shown on the day, the birthday guest will be required to pay the full amount for the pre-ordered arrival drink.

• Offer is subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance – we can’t guarantee availability on the day without prior notice

• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion

• Birthday free arrival drink is only valid on bookings made through our site and cannot be redeemed against bookings made on third party sites.

• Birthday free booking requests require a minimum of 48 hours notice for our team to be able to process the booking.

• This offer is valid for new bookings only and cannot be backdated for any existing boolongs.

How to book a birthday ticket:

1. Reserve your table as normal and book for your entire group.

2. Reply directly to your booking confirmation email to request a free birthday arrival drink and what you wish to order (maximum value £25. If you wish to pre-order drinks for a higher value than this you will be charged the difference)

3. Our team will then confirm and add the birthday drink manually to your pre-order for you.

Important:

Please do not pre-order and pay for an arrival drink for the birthday guest – our standard refund policy applies, and we cannot issue refunds if you accidentally put through your arrival drink instead of following the birthday ticket process above.
