We love a good celebration – and if it’s your birthday, you’re getting in for free! Just make sure the following applies:

• Your birthday must be within 3 days either side of your booking date

• You must be part of a group with at least 4 full-paying guests per free birthday ticket

• Proof of your date of birth is required on arrival – a valid photo ID (passport, driving licence, etc.) or digital proof (e.g. a birthday email, booking confirmation, etc.)

• If no proof is shown on the day, the birthday guest will be required to pay the full standard minimum spend price to enter

• Offer is subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance – we can’t guarantee availability on the day without prior notice

• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion

• Birthday free booking is only valid on bookings purchased through our site and cannot be redeemed against boolongs tickets sold on third party sites.

• Birthday free booking requests require a minimum of 48 hours notice for our team to be able to process the booking.

• This offer is valid for new bookings only and cannot be backdated for any existing boolongs.

How to book a birthday ticket:

1. Reserve your table as normal and pay the £25 per person minimum spend for the rest of your group (please do not book for yourself or the system will force you to choose and pay for your drink)

2. Reply directly to your booking confirmation email to request a free birthday drink and what you wish to order (maximum value £25. If you wish to pre-order drinks for a higher value than this you will be charged the difference)

3. Our team will then confirm and add the birthday drink manually to your pre-order for you.

Important:

Please do not pre-order and pay for an arrival drink for the birthday guest – our standard refund policy applies, and we cannot issue refunds if you accidentally put through your minimum spend instead of following the birthday ticket process above.
